Questions
Yes. Civil and religious weddings of foreign citizens are legally valid in Italy, with documents that depend on your country. We guide you through all the paperwork and deadlines.
It depends on the region, date, number of guests and style. Once you fill in the form, we suggest a realistic path for your budget.
Ideally 12 to 18 months before, especially to secure the venue and the most sought-after suppliers.
A civil ceremony is legally binding and takes place in venues authorised by the town hall. A religious ceremony follows the rules of the church. A symbolic ceremony has no legal value and can happen wherever you like, such as a villa or a vineyard.
It is not required. Most of the planning happens remotely, by video call. Many couples choose to visit once to see the venue in person.
